From the bottom of my heart, thank you OutdoorJack. My elderly father prefers living in his own home and with that comes some real household upkeep concerns (especially since I don’t live nearby.) In addition to all the regular services they offer, OutdoorJack has an incredible program, to give back to the community, by stepping in to relieve the burden of tasks like pressure washing, gutter cleaning, pool maintenance, etc. for the elderly. These guys are professional, kind, reliable, consistent and skilled. I now have such peace of mind knowing that OutdoorJack has my dad’s back. I couldn’t be happier with Outdoor Jack! They did an awesome job cleaning my pool, but what really blew me away was how they went the extra mile and power washed my driveway and pool deck as part of their monthly service. I have absolutely loved using OutdoorJack services! Love the concept as it makes life so much easier consolidating household vendors into one (pool service/cleaning, trash bin cleaning, window washing, power washing etc). Matt, Rhett and Courtney have been very professional and punctual with all services. Their communication is top notch and they really go above and beyond for their clients. What a breath of fresh air it is to have found these guys!! We have been bouncing between pool maintenance companies for years now and finally have one we can trust that is reliable and cares. OutdoorJack provided pool service and dog pick up for us. They did excellent work and took their time to make sure it was done right. The providers are kind and a joy to talk to. I highly recommend OutdoorJack for all your outdoor service needs.
